Montana Gluten Free Processors will accept for refund or exchange, any item purchased for a period of 30 days in accordance with the guidelines under ‘Returns’ and ‘Refunds’. The Montana Gluten Free Processors products have a 100% money back (less shipping costs) guarantee within 90 days of purchase. Call for details.

Shipping

Montana Gluten Free’s products are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Orders received by 10 am Mountain Time will be shipped the same day in most cases. All orders shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground will be shipped for a shipping/handling charge of $7.50 for customers in the USA. For delivery to other countries, please contact us for pricing. Other shipping options are available — customer will pay shipping costs. Shipping damages must be reported within 24 hrs.

Motor Freight Shipments:
When receiving a shipment that’s delivered by motor freight (this would normally apply only to commercial orders, 500# or more), by the freight lines’ regulations it is the responsibility of the receiving party to carefully inspect the goods upon arrival. Any damage that occurs during shipping will be remedied by the insurance provided by the carrier, and that coverage is available only if visible damage is noted on the freight bill before the consignee signs to accept delivery. (If severe damage is evident, the consignee also has the option to refuse delivery.) Any concealed damage can be reported after taking delivery, but must be reported with 7 days.

Refunds

Most refunds are granted at 100% of the purchasing cost. We are more concerned about your satisfaction than with recovering our full costs. However, we reserve the right to refund purchases minus shipping costs and the right to charge a restocking fee in a case by case situation.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we may ask you to give any remaining product to a friend or food pantry rather than returning it to us. Depending on order size, we may request a return in order to process a refund. Any returned items must be in ‘new’ condition. Return postage is the sender’s responsibility except in the case of wrong items sent in which case we will cover your shipping cost for return. We do require that you call or email for a return authorization (RA) number before returning.

Refused Deliveries

Refused deliveries and order cancellations received after merchandise has been shipped are considered “items returned.”

Exchanges

There is no restocking fee for exchanges if the item being exchanged is in condition as shipped.
