No need to search for great gluten free recipes- just swap All Purpose Baking Mix for flour in your favorite family recipes. Our All Purpose Baking Mix works great not only for cookies and other sweet treats, but also for pizza crust, gravy, and beer batter.  Recipes on the package and our recipes page, but don’t be afraid to experiment. Please forgive our bragging, we can’t help it! This product is as amazing as we say it is!

Our mixes have very few ingredients – nothing you can’t pronounce!  They are free of the 8 most common allergens.  All of our bread mixes contains basic ingredients so the baker can add their choice of sweetener and oil, and have the option to make egg-free, dairy-free, and yeast-free baked goods.

    Got a package at a gluten free food fair after trying a sample of products they made. I have made the loaf of bread recipe on the bag and it is beyond amazing!! So happy to find such an amazing product!

    Our Favorite GF Flour

    I have been using this flour for about 4 months now and I really love it. With 4 kiddos, I do a lot of baking. Our favorite recipe (although, every one I have tried has been great) is their banana nut muffins, from their recipes page. I’ve used it to make muffins, and a loaf and it’s always just so moist and flavorful. Many people have told me these are their favorite – including my daughter who despises bananas, and my husband who still hasn’t quite gotten used to GF baked goods!
    I love that this blend has no rice and it doesn’t give baked goods a gooey texture, or weird after taste. Just really tasty!

    I have tried several brands of GF flour blends and nothing compares to Montana’s mix.
    I also frequently bake breads in which I blend my own flours; but hen I use a blend this is the only one I use now.
    It helps to know that a family member is one of the gluten free oat growers and I know how high his standards are!
    I just ordered 2 large bags which went right into my freezer. I bake frequently as a family member has life threatening allergies and I must prepare all foods. I can only use completely safe ingredients and in this regard I have great faith in GF Montana!
