Description

Gluten Free Toasted Oat Bread Mix makes the best bread in the world! It bakes up tall and light. Thanks to the high protein and fiber content it stays nice and moist for days. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or just because! Can be made in a conventional oven or programmable bread machine. This bread can easily be made egg and/or yeast free.

Our mixes have very few ingredients – nothing you can’t pronounce!  They are free of the 8 most common allergens.  All of our gluten-free bread mixes contains basic ingredients so the baker can add their choice of sweetener and oil, and have the option to make egg-free, dairy-free, and yeast-free baked goods.

    Great flavor and texture

    My family loves this bread. Even my husband who does not need to eat gluten-free describes it as “freaking good”. This bread does not dry out like gluten-free breads typically do. It does not need to be reheated the second day to be soft. I rarely buy mixes to use in my baking but this is one I plan to use regularly.

    Better than ‘normal’ bread

    I don’t eat gluten free but I’d still rather have this than any other bread. Perfect mix of flavor and texture and so soft. Doesn’t dry out like most gluten free breads.

    GF Toasted Oat Bread Mix

    This bread is incredibly delicious! It tastes like and has the texture of “real” bread! I didn’t think I’d ever have good bread after giving up gluten. Luckily, I was wrong. It’s very easy to make this in the bread machine. I love it!

    I love the toasted oat bread mix. It is the only gf one I enjoy. My non gf family likes it also. I have some gf/vegan extended family members and I usually replace the eggs with 3/4 cup applesauce. I usually bake it a bit longer. It makes a tasty moist bread that everyone loves. I am glad to have found out about Montana gluten free products.

    This is by far the best bread mix I have found since becoming GF 15 years ago. It is easy to make in the breadmaker and results are consistent. My family loves the way the bread stays moist and can be easily sliced.

    I made this bread as soon as it arrived! It rose very nicely in the pan, I may have let it rise longer than required, but it easily doubled. It is delicious and smells wonderful baking. One word of advice, I use a thermometer to check internal temperature. I took it out at 200 degrees but the probe came away pretty moist. If I had just used the toothpick test, it may have overcooked. As it was, I let it cool completely and it sliced easily. My daughter and I ate the first slices with just soft butter. I’m going to try it as rolls for Christmas!
