Classic Gluten Free Waffle Recipe

Ingredients
 1 cup Montana Gluten Free Waffle Pancake Mix or All Purpose Baking Mix
 ¾ tsp baking soda
 ¾ tsp sugar
 1 cup milk or almond milk
 1 ½ tbsp melted butter, coconut oil or olive oil
 1 cup fresh fruit (optional)

Directions

Whisk liquid ingredients until well combined.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix. Add milk or baking mix to get desired consistency.

Cook following your waffle iron's directions to desired crispness.

Add desired toppings - butter, syrup, jam, peanut butter, fruit and whipped cream,.... and enjoy!
