Gluten Free Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:
 1 ½ cups Montana Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix or Waffle Pancake Mix
 2 cups sugar
  cup cocoa powder
 4 eggs
 ½ cup melted butter (1 stick) melted
 ½ cup vegetable oil
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease or spray a 9 X 13 pan.

Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in mixing bowl and mix well.

Pour into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.

Bake for 25 minutes. Do not over-bake.

Allow to cool completely before cutting.
