Gluten Free Hamburger Bun Recipe

 10 oz (265g) warm water (at sea level**)
 ¼ cup sugar
 ¼ cup oil (olive, vegetable, liquid coconut – your choice, but we usually use olive)
 3 eggs
 360 g Montana Gluten Free Toasted Oat Bread Mix or All Purpose Baking Mix
 50 g potato starch
 100 g sorghum flour
 2 tsp active dry yeast
 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Combine wet ingredients in large bowl.

Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet.

Mix either in bread machine or mixer on a slow speed for 20 minutes.

Scoop dough into 7 evenly sized balls, using a wet scoop or a measuring cup dipped in a water and oil mixture , You can wet your hands after scooping to smooth out buns. (if you are wanting larger buns only make 6 buns). Let rise for 40-45 minutes.

Sprinkle buns with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
