Gluten free instant pancakes made with Montana Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix

Dry Ingredients
 2 tbsp Sugar
 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp Baking Powder
 2 tbsp Lemon Powder
Wet Ingredients
 1 ¼ cups Water

**Can be made in single batch for immediate use or made in triple or quadruple batch to be stored and used later**

In a large bowl mix together All Purpose Baking Mix, sugar, lemon juice powder, baking powder,

**Store until you are ready to use**

Add 1 1/4 cup water for each cup of dry mix. Mix well.

Heat griddle to 350F and pour batter onto skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles begin to rise.

Flip pancakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then serve with your favorite toppings.
